PRM 100 – Marriage & Family Practicum

The practicum is aligned to the course Marriage and Family Studies. There will be a panel of married couples. The students are to have questions ready to ask. Following the panel discussion, the students will write a minimum of a one-page paper turned in by a date determined by the teacher. The students will also join with three families not related to them to assess their management style, love, affection, etc. at different life stages: 0-3 years, no children; 3-15 years, with children; and 15 + years, w/without children. The students are to write a minimum of a one-page paper on each family. Finally, in class, the students will share their findings in a small group.
