This course will provide the student with the knowledge and skills needed for becoming a competent and effective leader who is able to guide an organization into healthy and wholesome growth and development. The student will be trained to understand the dynamics of organizational structure and life from a systems perspective, and the obligations of governance for preserving and nurturing the mission of the institution.
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Apply the knowledge and skills in organizational leadership to guide the organization into a path of wholesome growth and development.
- Utilize the understanding of the structure and functions of the organization to effectively lead the institution to be healthy and fruitful in its mission and vision.
