This course will provide the student the theoretical and practical skills needed to become a world-class servant-leader. The student will acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge in order to be professionally prepared to give effective leadership to any for-profit or nonprofit organization, which will produce a corporate culture of collaboration and trust that will foster an environment that will bring the fulfillment of the organization’s vision and mission.
